End of season blues have set in with two mixed friendly losses this week.
On a lovely day, in a wonderful setting, five mixed rinks went down by just 3 shots away to Waddesden, despite the efforts of our top rink of Frank Furlong, Judy Kenyon, Beryl Parsons and Wally Dunn.
On Sunday five triples teams visited our friends at Kings Langley. The top rink of Maurice Primo, Marion Maynard and Jackie Cormack could not prevent a second loss 113 shots to 95.
